Shipping:
We ask you to allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery, although we will often dispatch within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of any delay. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.
The UK First Class delivery charge is £3.50.
For addresses outside the UK please email us before you confirm your purchase so we may advise you of our charges.
All items are packaged in a gift box , gift bag, or an organza pouch.
Please note that due to the unique nature of the stones and charms used there may be some variations in size and colour.

 

Repairs:
We are happy to repair any item damaged as a result of normal wear and tear within 90 days of purchase. This repair will be of no cost to the customer on the condition that the item has not been subjected to abnormally severe use, determined by any large abrasions, scratches, or other sigificant damage.

 

Returns:
We are confident you will be happy with your Silver and Stone purchase. However if you wish to return it for any reason within seven days we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement item. Refunds will not include any postage charges incurred by the customer. Please insure your item as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post that we did not ship.
